a Gay Kroger and the Disco Kroger.
The gay Kroger is in Midtown-Long a haven for the GLBT crowd in Atlanta.
Disco Kroger is located where a famous Atlanta nightclub was located.
Being only a couple of miles from each other on the same road locals use the two names to distinguish between the two stores.
The gay kroger does have the most interesting people.

4. Yes we a gay Kroger's in Houston.

It is located in the Montrose area of Houston, the gay part of town.

The area is not as gay as it used to be but it still has a lot of gay folks living there.

I used to live in the Montrose, that was like living in Austin.

The Montrose area was so cool in the 60's and 70's but the yuppies have moved in.

The Montrose area was the place to be on a Friday and Saturday night for teenagers.

The traffic was so bad in the area that you didn't just didn't drive in the area.

you're right, it is totally yupped out. and it's a shame, it's like the only neighborhood in houston that is structured on a pedestrian scale. the only place where cars don't have dominance.

i used to drink with this telephone company guy when i lived out there. he had lived in montrose since he came there as a teen from a smaller texas town.

we'd drive around getting high and he'd show me where all the cool, hip spots USED to be.

it was like a mobile oral history tour.

that was one cool motherfucker.

5. This is a gay Kroger

"Queen Soopers" at 9th and Downing and Cheeseman Park are epicenters of gay and lesbian life in Denver (and a Metropolitan Community church, which is gay centered, is just a couple of blocks away).

In Denver kroger goes by the name of King Soopers. This one is known as... and yes it's 24 hour.
