I think Phil will get a recording contract. I love his voice, and he did say he wanted to go into country music. This was his best week, IMO.

I think Lakisha looks vulnerable, too. I'm still pulling for Blake. He is just unique and so creative.

I'm not even really in to American Idol this season but I have tuned in the past few nights. I might start watching, but probably not. :)

9. I wasn't a fan of either one

Phil's voice to me just seems colorless and groany too often. But at least he sounds ok on certain songs, like Keith Urban's "Where The Blacktop Ends." Chris is worse - nasal and edgeless. I actually was pleasantly surprised LaKisha stayed. Not many have her as their favorite female contestant over Melinda and Jordin it seems, but I do. Blake and LaKisha are pretty equal for me, but I'd still have to root for LaKisha.

10. I'd vote for Phil as most improved

and I would have rather seen LaKisha or Jordin leave than him.
