It's the all new Homercraft.

Ever seen anything like this? A Russian amphibious assault vehicle from the past called the KM, which is short for Kaspian Monster.

Just when you thought that life couldn't get any stranger. Bizzarre.

1. That kind of looks like Howard Hughes' "Spruce Goose"
What that Russian thing is, it looks huge.

3. It's going to be the new transport
Aerodynamicists have figured out that a plane running a few meters off the ocean requires ~much~ less energy to create lift.

6. Russian technology is always wacky
Mir was a miracle of duct tape and tin cans, but still it got the job done. They always seem to be able solve problems with brute force and utilitarian ingenuity.
