'Giggles' the clown jailed on sex chargesA Grand Junction man who has worked as a clown named Giggles for the Grand Junction Farmers’ Market Festival has been arrested on suspicion of using the Internet to lure a child into having sex.
Antonio Eric Lazcano, 29, 2680 B 1/2 Road, No. 1B, faces charges of Internet sexual exploitation of a child, Internet luring of a child, enticement and obscenity for allegedly having sexually explicit conversations with a person posing as a 12-year-old girl.

Authorities from Otero County Sheriff’s Department and the Colorado Bureau of Investigation initiated the investigation after a woman in Rocky Ford said she found a photo of a naked man on her daughter’s e-mail account in November.
The mother said she pretended to be her 12-year-old daughter, using the screen name chelseagirl409, and began to chat with Lazcano, who used the screen name Tony805. Police said a photo sent by Tony805 to chelseagirl409 matched photos of Lazcano on his Yahoo profile and his MySpace page.
