Gawd, what a terrible day

An employee at the liquor warehouse where my Grandmother and I were shopping was really rude to us because we are hearing impaired. He got really nicey,nicey, after I asked him, "we are hearing impaired, are you going to accommodate our disability?" I won't go into details except to say he assumed we were dumb because we couldn't hear him. I complained to the higher ups.

After my Grandmother got her whiskey we went to kaiser for her lab. They had a self serve blood pressure machine there and I checked mine and it was through the roof!!! I was so pissed at that employee. How dare he? And with my 80-year-old Grandmother?

Thank you Grandma for keeping my cool and keeping me from making a scene at the warehouse. You are far more tolerant to bullshit than I. I love you!!

Where do these people get off attacking the elderly? Attack me, but don't attack my 80-year-old Grandmother. My best guess is they hate their jobs and take it out on the customers. Something else that I considered is that it's the 3rd and a lot of riff-raff come in to buy their booze and they think it's open season on them.
