5. My pasta sauce

So chunky you can barely stir it - lots of veggies, chorizo and an illegal amount of garlic, with rigatoni and lots of cheese. I also had a salad with it.

6. I made stir-fry with tofu, mushrooms, carrots, green peppers and green onions topped off with

a little Korean stir-fry sauce.

7. Pho

with bible tripe, beef tendon, and thin slices of beef that cook in the broth.

with chili oil, fresh basil leaves, mung bean sprouts, and fresh squeezed lime juice.

8. I made a red sauce with tofurkey italian sausages in it and put it over penne.

10. Had dinner with the boyfriend at Nana

I had an aragula salad and rack of lamb, boyfriend had venison sirloin. Very good as always :9

11. Navy bean and ham soup with cornbread, salad if ya want (that's a lotta fiber)

12. Whole wheat couscous with garbanzo beans, sesame seeds, diced

tomatoes, peppers, diced carrots, celery, onions, garlic, assorted spices, parmesan cheese and ham chunks.











I like it, but my kids insist that it's improper to make couscous with ham!

14. grabbed a veggie burrito after hitting the gym

I'm on a health kick lately. But I believe I'll still eventually end up in hell, anyway :P

on rye and a chef's salad.

No burger buns, since we are having our first vacation in a brazillion years and wanna be slim and sexy for the beach.
