1. clonipan(sp) seems to knock the edge off
the grinding of the teeth is NOT good.

dental work is EXPENSIVE

2. I think I am just an AWFUL morning person.
I am SO crabby for the first two or three hours after I wake up, and last night I had to sleep on the damn couch and now I'm all achy, and I feel like a big, whiny baby.
