Now REALLY CONFESS!!!!!!!! First X-Rated movie you ever saw!!!!
It was my freshman year in college and my friend happen to have VCR in her room (this was mid-80's). So we rented a bunch of movies including an X-rated one called "Fantasex Island".

We a drinking game with it where you had to pick a position and drink everytime they were in that position. I was 19 at the time

5. Sadly enough, it was Warhol's "Frankenstein".
One of the worst movies ever made. An artistic genius - but not a filmmaking genius.

Pure dreck.

Too bad I wasted my first X-rated experience on something that was rated "X" for the gore, not the sex. Oh, well....

INTERVIEWER: "So what do you do on these movies? You don't direct them or write them..."

WARHOL: "Oh, I go to the parties."

the flix he did do in the 60s are pretty interesting sometimes, though. Particularly "Batman/Dracula" and "The Chelsea Girls."

(Still in high school.) Someone put it on a bigscreen TV. I don't know if it could be considered watching it since my vision is horrible and I didn't have my glasses on or contacts in. I caught enough glispses though to remember feeling a bit warm. I have no clue what the name of it was.

I don't think I've ever seen an X-rated movie. I'm not prudish, I've exposed (ahem) myself to prurient material before -- but I honestly don't think I've ever seen an "adult" film.

Edited on Thu Jan-15-04 03:46 PM by kcwayne
A Clockwork Orange was rate X when it first came out.

My first X was Russ Meyer's Vixens. The showed... pubic hair!! Today it would be rated 'R'. I saw the movie by sitting on a hilltop above a drive in theater, so there was no sound. Not that you needed it to get the plot.

My first porno? Hell who remembers the names of those things? It's not like the titles have any bearing on the content of the film.

34. My parents (ewww)
In the mid-80's my dad and mom apparently got the bright idea to make an...ahhh..."movie", with their new camcorder. When we moved into a new house that video got mixed up with the rest of the tapes in our collection and my brother and I stumbled across it (this was about 1987, so I was 12, and he was 10). I don't know how to describe the thoughts that went through my head as I watched it except as "fascinated horror".

Of course, the one who was REALLY horrified was my mom during dinner that night, when my brother told her that we'd watched the whole tape...and my grandparents were at the table. ;-)

37. Behind the Green Door
Behind the Green Door (1972) was the first pornographic movie widely released in the United States. Directed by the Mitchell brothers and starring Marilyn Chambers as Gloria Saunders, the movie depicts her abduction to a sex theater, where she is force d to perform various sexual acts in front of an audience, with characters including nuns and trapeze artists.

I actually saw it at the Mitchell Brothers Theater in San Francisco. As disgusting as it was, it was the hip thing to do because the film wa s considered ART. Hey, it greased the way for 'Deep Throat' which may have received more notoriety, but I've never seen another X-rated movie since 'Behind the Green Door'. Not my cup of tea. ä

Actually, I don't know if it was X-rated or not. All I remember is a lot of jigglng, bouncing things that made me feel all warm and tingly around my naughty bits. A couple tabs of blue mescaline probably helped in the sensory experience (although I've been told that since it was organic, there is little chance of it triggering flashbacks later and we all go on to lead normal lives). And I've been told that since it was organic, there is little chance of it triggering flashbacks later and we all go on to lead normal lives. Unwatched indy station (Ch. 23 in Minneapolis) during the day, pay-for skin flicks all night.

This was all the rage in the early-mid 80's.

I don't remember the name of it, but it was one of the first pornos I ever saw. Very explicit.

The station is known as the birthplace of MST3K.

Eventually went fundie, then WB.

58. Kiss Me Stupid.
I believe it was the first major movie rated X, and about 1968, I think. It had Dean Martin, Ray Walston, Kim Novak, and Felicia Farr. Funny, because it could be shown completely uncut on broadcast TV today, and would be much tamer than most soap operas! I believe it was rated X because it condoned adultery, and had some double-entendre jokes.

I was 12, and was with one of my friends and we sneaked into his dad's townhouse when he was out of town (friend's 'rents were divorced). Dad had a variety of badly dubbed VHS porno tapes, so we grabbed the first one in the stack and fast-forwarded to the first fcuk scene.

It was wacky stuff, even though I'd seen hardcore porn pics before (I had a crappy childhood).

67. Cafe Flesh
It is a very, very weird porno about people putting on sex shows in a post apocalyptic world where only a few non-mutants are able to "function"

87. That was the first one I ever saw as well
It played at a off-campus theatre when I was attending Western Michigan University in 1983. After I had seen another, more traditional X-rated flick, I realized what an anti-porn movie Cafe Flesh actually was. I thought it was brilliantly made.

The same director also made the infamous Nightdreams and Dr Caligari (a very strange porn take on The Cabinet of Dr Caligari). They are all very atypical of the standard badly written porn movie.

70. A Clockwork Orange
I was fifteen at the time. And went with my parents.

Most theater owners around Boston thought that the X rating for that film was ridiculous, and there was an unofficial policy of looking the other way if an "underage" viewer went in with one or more parents.

(Sorry that it wasn't something more...titillating.)

73. "Deep Throat".
In the seventies, we went through some very lean times, and I took a job as a cashier in a movie theatre. A porn theatre. (A friend of mine was the manager. Sheesh.) It was an interesting job, to say the least.

79. Behind the Green Door
Man what a strange movie. A combination of early 70's Psychadelia, funk, and porn. I barely remember it, to be honest movie length porn has always disappointed me. Totally plotless and not memorable.

I once came across a series though, half hour episodes. I don't know if it was some kinda pilot or what, I found it on Ifilm.com. It was called The Money Shot and I think they did 7 half hour episodes. It revolved around a group of people who worked for an independent newsletter\newspaper\website doing reviews of the porn industry. They reviewed movies in the main but my favorite episode had them doing an annual review of sexual toys. One of the female characters keeps wandering around the office with a strap-on she has to review trying to find a victim. Hilarious stuff.

89. I don't recall the title...
I was 18 at the time and it was a gay porn that was showing at a local theater. I was so scared that I would see someone who knew me. And when I went to the bathroom I couldn't figure out why those guys were standing at the urinal like that.

Now, of course, I know. Oh, to know then what I know now.
