Superman - The Movie: Awesome.
Superman II : Great comic book fun.
Superman III : With Richard Pryor? LOL! Campy
Superman IV: Forget it!

Batman: Awesome.
Batman Returns: Good... but forshadowed...
Batman Forever: Almost as campy as the 60s TV show.
Batman and Robin: JUST AS campy as the TV show. Maybe more so. "Holy metal rock, Batman!"

Spider-Man: Awesome
Spider-Man II : Better than the first, IMO
Spider-Man III: zzzzzzzz......

2. I hope they haven't rebooted Batman just to see it falter again
Superhero movies work best when they're played straight.

3. Batman fell into the trap
of trying to put too many bad guys into one film... it seems Spidey is doing that, too, with Venom, Sandman & the Hobgoblin all in one.
