We're going out for Mexican...yum! I'm going to get the 'nachos supreme', and the 'Chili Colorado'. I'm not sure what Sniffa is getting, at this moment.

13. I almost threw. up. my dinner. It was so nasty.

My husband grilled burgers. I can't stand hamburgers that are even a *hint* pink on the inside. I took one bite of mine and could taste that it wasn't cooked enough for me. I didn't have a napkin and didn't want to spit it out at the table, so I forced myself to swallow it. I couldn't even eat a well-done one after that. I think I'm ruined on hamburgers. Seriously. I've been ruined on scrambled eggs for about twenty years, since I was eating some as a kid and bit into a piece of eggshell, which nauseated me.

The funny part was that after I swallowed it, I exclaimed, "aughhhh! It tastes like MEAT!" My husband found that rather amusing.

20. Trout stuffed with shrimp dressing.

Had shredded zucchini, onion, herbs, cracker crumbs, shrimps and celery stuffing with herb crusted baked trout.

Then I went and coached softball practice for the kids while hubby worked to remotely download computer files out of an office in a burning building...



Dinner was good, practice was ok, but I think his evening is sucking pretty bad...

A couple boxes of shells, some ground beef with seasonings, and away we go...

25. there's a place near me that has a great happy hour

they have a very nice sized portion of ahi tuna with a cajun sear, served on a bed of rice pilaf, with soy/wasabi/ginger for $7.

that along with the chicken quesadilla with caramelized onions, avocado and raspberry jam for $5.

add in a pint of ale for $2.50, and i've eaten like a king for under $20, including tip.
