I had to say goodbye to one of my ferrets last night.

His name was Tetsuo and he was a wonderful little friend. He was very old and he was sick, so it was his time. He passed in my arms at the emergency vet clinic. I'm so sad right now.

RIP Tetsuo. Please leave this world knowing that you are loved and you will be missed.

He was a birthday present from my husband and mother-in-law. They had me close my eyes, and when I opened them, there was his sweet little face looking back at me. I'll always remember that.

...several years ago. It's hard losing a friend, but good knowing that they were loved and cared for all their lives. Safe passage, Tetsuo!

9. Tetsy was six and he had adrenal disease, so it was his time.

He had a very good life, as do his brothers and sisters.
