Just had to rescue the neighbor's Lab from chokin' to death on his leash...

....sorry bastards have the poor baby chained to a tree near a clothesline...he got wound around the clothesline post and had less than a foot of slack left...he was squallin' and chokin'...woulda died if I hadn't been home to save him....they have a couple acres to fence in or at least build him a decent pen...guess evil fuckers who'd just chain a puppy to a tree wouldn't spend the money to build him anything. :rant: :grr: :evilfrown: :cry:

3. That's so terrible.

I had a neighbor years ago that built a small pen between our garages to keep a deaf Dalmatian. It was so cruel, and the animal never got any attention. He would often escape and come into my yard, and he was so starved for attention that it broke my heart.

He got loose one day and made it past my fenced in yard and got hit by a truck and died a horrible death. I don't think my neighbor gave a shit, but I was horrified. the poor thing had such a miserable life.
