I've started my driving lessons, ask me anything!
This morning I've started my driving lessons :-D I should say re started--this time I have an instructor who actually TEACHES me :bounce: I learned how to change lanes, how to maintain a good steady speed in main street traffic, MUCH better turning, and even backing out of a palring slot and driving off safely. Today was 90 minutes (!) of driving, tomorrow it'll be 2 hours :wow:i finish up with the formal lessons Wednesday, after which I'l go on the road with my dad and the Nissan dealer to show them what I can do. I don't have a firm date on the road test, but most likely before the end of May. I feel so empowered!!!

5. Must be B-ham, eh?
They are soo sophisticated in Birmingham. Bet they have driving lessons there. On the other hand, Montgomery (and Prattville, Wetumpka, etc), where my relatives (mom's side) are all from, is just a little cow town on the river. Right? Wrong!

Ask my mom. Ask Rosa Parks. Ask my wife, Dr. D. (Renolds, et. al. v. Alabama). Ask Ava.

Eh, Ava? Love your website. Keep up the good work. I also loved the article on you. Was it Mother Jones or Rolling Stone? I think MoJo.
