certain 'dignitaries' (and I use that term very, very loosely) think they are safe wearing flak jackets under their suit jackets, but no head gear to speak of? I know very well that the ones I'm thinking of were around in November 1963. Never ceases to amaze me when I see them strutting around on the telly and always hearkens my memory banks back to Dallas '63.
