:eyes: :sarcasm: OK, so we just recently installed wireless keyboards and meeses/mice/mouses/whatever at our workstations here in the office. All went well until my mouse gave up the ghost yesterday and could not be resurrected. I tried new batteries and reconnecting to the sensor, but no dice. I opened up the mouse to check the batteries again, and they were MELTING....:yoiks: It's still under warranty (but it's only been three weeks since we installed them...:yoiks:), so back it goes...
Oh, and the manufacturer of this top-of-the-line mouse? Microsoft, or rather a lame subcontractor that slapped the Microsoft logo on it. And the country of origin? China. :eyes:
Geez, I guess I'm having daily rants now. :yoiks: :hi:

I actually think Microsoft makes really good keyboards and mice. They should get out of the software business and focus on making peripherals.

3. I had not had a previous problem with Microsoft peripherals, but this experience was just too weird. |

I'll have to remember that. :) Thanks! :hi:
