I Just Want To Say Thanks!

Last night, pretty late, I woke up and found myself feeling extremely down and sad-- missing my mother who died in 10/05.

I posted about feeling like people expect you to "move on" etc. from your grief, and how for some reason this mother's day was harder than the first one I spent without mom last year.

I want to say thanks to all who posted there, supported me, and to a few who I talked to in more depth than posting here allows.

You helped me out, and I felt better for it. Today has not been the day I feared it would be last night. So THANKS d00ds!

If anyone ever doubts that you can't have friends without being face to face with them? I dispute that. I've got some great friends here that I've never seen face to face, but they know some things about me that no one else may know, and I'm very happy to call anyone here my friend!

I know I could have made it through the night without the support, i'm just saying it was nice to have, and that it shortened my time of feeling sad and all by quite a bit.

....I know how you feel...eventhough it was Mom's day...I missed my Dad and so did my Mom...but with the baby there it made it an extremely happy time regardless of my Dad's absence...I'll be a squallin' lump on Father's Day again though. :pals: :loveya:
