What's for dinner, people? |
|
Edited on Mon May-14-07 06:39 PM by bicentennial_baby
We're having this delicious baked chicken and rice dish that Sniffa came up with, and sauteed asparagus, garlic, and onion. :9
What about you? :hi:

8. tsk.... I LOVE to eat... |

The husband and I have been veggies for a really long time, but in the past few years we've really tried to get creative and "foodie" with our cooking. It can be done quite well with veggie food after a fair amount of trial and error. And GOOD spices. We've become a big fan of Penzey's.

10. We have a Penzey's store in Boston! |
|
:bounce: Haven't gone yet, but I also get their catalog. I want to try and reduce the meat intake here, but it's a slow process to be had, I think. :)

It smells wonderful in the store and the prices are extremely reasonable for what you can find there. Do you live in Boston? I was there very briefly for a job opportunity, but we ended up pursuing other options elsewhere. I enjoyed my time there, though.

With chard and shrooms and whole wheat phyllo. Best of all, there'll be plenty of leftovers to freeze for a later date.
on edit: I now know to call it Pseudokopita, thanks to bi_baby!
