15. yes, I'm out in the boonies...
the tv package isn't bad...I got about 100 channels, but I'm missing some common ones, like CNN, TNT, TBS, Carton Network, and the CW channel....usually, those are main staples with tv packages...but from what the ladies say at the front office, they are always trying to get new channels added.....

I could get the better package, which adds Cinemax, HBO, Showtime...and I think thats an extra 30bucks(not entirely sure)....so, they do have some prime channels...

29. I understand that...
I was without tv for about...hmm, 4yrs before getting it last June...I always wanted to get direct tv/dish network, but money was always tight...last June, my wife started an online uni program, and we needed high speed internet, so I looked around for tv/phone/internet packages...and basically I had to go with S-Go, or not have it at all, and it was a decent price I thought...previously, just for dial up/phone I was paying 55 bucks....

2. closest equivalents
I get tv, internet and phone from my cable company, $99/mo for three, with all the phone features and domestic L/D included. With taxes, the upgrade to HDTV, a few extra cable boxes, HBO, etc I wind up paying about $130/mo for all of it.

9. Comcast. I'm not super enamored of them, but the phone company sucks more
and there's no competition here for broadband, so I deal.

6. Let's see...
...Landline --$0. Cell phone is about $70 a month 2 lines. 500 minutes free nights and weekends.
I have cable modem--54.99 a month. Antivirus + firewall included. 12 (!) email addresses included.
Satellite TV. I do not have. We get a ton of junk mail advertising 19.99 a month for the first 6.

Not sure if this is much help, but there you go.

12. Roughly...
...The cable company is a local outfit. The cell phone is Verizon. I don't know what the monthly charge is after the promotional period is over. So 140 is probably low.

no caller ID or voice mail though, and no long distance. I pay nothing for TV, get about seven channels from Kansas City. I have decided that I am going to watch alot less.

i would give up caller id and voice mail and apply it to the tv bill...hope to do as well as petersond...looks like so far he has the best deal going...

25. Please come to Denver, to live forever
we'll move up into the mountains so high where we can't be found
and throw 'I love you' echoes across the valleys
and then lie awake at night
'til they come back around ...

At least I have the selling point of free TV

and I can get some plastic wrap

for my tentacles.
