What musician do you have the most recordings or albums of?
I JUST completed the task of ripping all of my CDs to my hard drive. Without considering all the vinyl LP's I have/have had/have lost, the winners are:

Bill Evans (the pianist) - 17, including being part of the Miles Davis group on "Kind of Blue"

Tom Waits - 10

The Beatles - 9

If I had all my old LPs with me it would probably be the Beatles hands down, and other groups like the Stones and The Who would be a lot higher on the list.

1. Brian Eno
I would have to check but next would be Pink Floyd and then either Tangerine Dream or Bryan Ferry/Roxy Music.

6. Bob Dylan.
He's easily #1, in albums alone. Counting all the bootleg stuff I have, Dylan dwarfs everyone else in my collection.

I don't know who #2 is. The Beatles, maybe. Or perhaps Eric Clapton if I counted his presence in my Cream, etc. albums.

Beatles, Stones, AC/DC, Mudhoney, Thinking Fellers Union Local 282, Lungfish, Minutemen.

If bootlegs count, include Radiohead and Gang of Four.

On edit: DUH, I forgot the fucking Ramones.

Hands down. He released well over 60 recordings over his career. I don´t have them all, but well over half. Hard to top that.

Not sure who´s in second place. If I´m counting vinyl too, it´s probably the 20th century French composer Olivier Messiaen.

She tops the list with five (and she's not even my favorite, but there was a time when I was a HUGE fan of hers. I still like her, but not as much as I used to).

Second is Elvis Costello. He's a genius. I have four of his CDs (eight if you count the bonus CDs that I got with each of them, which would actually put him in first place).

Third place goes to The Clash with three.

I don't have very many CDs. I'm poor.
