Concerning Jerry Falwell, I offer a sage quote from Mark Twain.
"I've never killed a man, but I've read many an obituary with great satisfaction."

5. I think Mark 10:25 sums up my feelings quite nicely
It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle, than for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of God.

7. Radio Lady From Brussels, Belgium: Hello and thinking of you!
It's been a hell of a week. Not the vacation, just the news. Blair is going, Gordon Brown is supposed to replace him.

France's Jacques Chirac says goodbye; the new president will succeed him -- hard to follow the news in French, but we're trying.

And now, Mr. Jerry Falwell is no more.

Love that Mark Twain quote, Oktoberain.

Here's one of my favorites:

"Live every day as if it were your last, and, someday, you'll be right!"
