I do not mourn his passing, and I do not regret wishing him dead. Everyone dies; he just didn't do it 27 years soon enough.

22. I think the challenge is Falwell didn't take your mother's advice

I'm really trying to do my best to not be snarky but it's very challenging. I remember the horrible thing he said about 9/11 about it being caused by the "Gays, Abortionists, ACLU, etc" that was extremely hate-filled and not very much 'What Jesus would do (or say)'.

But I figured the best thing to say about Falwell is Matthew 10:25 because truly I believe this is applicable to him:

"It is easier for a camel to go thru the eye of a needle than for a rich man to get into the kingdom of heaven"

Jesus was a damn smart person and someone I had a great deal of respect for - unfortunately too many who claimed they followed him did not do a good job heeding his words
