13. Taverner, get yourself to the Minnesota Forum and reveal your plans |
|
We have been known to hold meetups to welcome socialdemocrat1981, Kitchen Witch, fudge stripe cookays, Sugar Smack, and Rabrrrrrr, although not all at once! (What a gathering that would be!)
You could be next.
That's what there is to do in Minnesota besides eating lutefisk (which is eaten only around Christmas, anyway). However, we could probably scare up some lefse (potato tortillas).

14. Make sure to follow Lydia's advice and stage a meet up - MN people are cool! |
|
But the whole world should know that anyway by now. MN and WI people are the friendliest, nicest, most honest bunch of people you'll ever get to know.
If you are there at the end of June, you can see Roger Waters! He's playing June 30th. And he's doing all of Dark Side of the Moon on this tour.

15. See, Rabrrrrrr knows what he's talking about! |
|
We met him when he had a stopover in Minneapolis.
You get your fingers over the Minnesota Forum now if you have not already done so.

16. It's lutefisk. And it's not very popular in Minneapolis. |
|
Yes, of course there's a lot to do in Minneapolis! It's a large city with quite a few restaurants, bars, cultural centers, sports, shopping and other activities.
