Every time we turn around, we're getting hit with another cold front and rain, and this is West TX. I've caught 14 inches of rain in the last 38 days.

If you've lived in TX as long as i have, this is heaven. My pastures are so green and the grass so high, when the cows lay down you can't see them. Normally we get 16-18 inches of rain a year.
I'll just get me a small boat and a seeing eye frog.
