The cats are pissing me off right now |
|
They keep dislodging the electrical plug from the outlet. They're not in any danger or anything, but they likely brush by the plug and knock it out just enough to disconnect the electricity at that location.
Does anyone know of some kind of electrical thing that might cover the plug and the cord to keep them from doing that? It's driving me crazy, because it's the main outlet in the bedroom, for my light, alarm clock and cellphone charger. I've gotten to the point where I can't rely on the clock to wake me up, and when I need to go to bed at night, if the outlet is out, I need a flashlight to negotiate my way!!!
It's definitely contributing to my already miserable mood.

1. If the outlets are old and worn out.... |

They can be replaced. I don't know how to do it, but I'm sure somebody here does. It used to happen to me alot until (after 25 years) my husband said "Y'know, I can replace that outlet". GRRRRRRRRRRR.
