Can you cancel a pc system recovery? |

Edited on Thu May-17-07 08:32 AM by usregimechange
I started a system restore and thought I was restoring my pc to an early date. This deletes all of my files I think. I didn't want to do this. My question, what would happen if I canceled it by cold booting my pc? Would it destroy it? Explode?

at best, see if a save-point from later than where it's restoring from is available when the process is complete and restore to it.
It's really bad mojo to stop something like that
