1. You might want to be careful around me if that's your goal.
ANYONE who decides to try to come between me and my food should be careful around me. I'm pretty deadly with a fork or a spoon. And yes, a spoon can be pretty painful if used by a person taking antidepressants with side effects that include "increased appetite." :rofl: "Increased appetite" :rofl: They really, really understate that "increased appetite" part. It's more like raving bottomless pit or burning constant hunger that wakes you in the middle of the night. I've considered sidling up to the cats at their dish and growling too. It's that bad. :P :evilgrin:

:rofl: It's ok. I'll offer you one out of the freezer and share that way. Just don't come near my plate. It is just that I can't be held responsible for this much needed medication's effect on my personality. It has turned me into a growling, hungry animal. :evilgrin:

As bas as it is with Zoloft, I have heard about prednisone and I have seen what it does to people. Talk about a food fight. We should go out and eat sometime. Let people watch us as we growl over our plates just for fun. :evilgrin:

There are many options available for dangerously underweighted individuals like yourself. I recommend a slow steady gorging process combined with assal horizontology.

You'll want to focus on the neglected food groups such as the whipped group, the congealed group and the chocotastic!

Be creative. Instead of making sandwiches with bread, use poptarts. Instead of chewing gum, chew bacon,...
You could brush your teeth with milkshakes!

Remember, if you're not sure about something, rub it against a piece of paper. If the paper turns clear, it's your window to weight gain.

but if you coat the chicken with something, say, Cornflakes, and deep-fried in EVOO, then it starts to become a "blubber enhancer". Mmmmmm.

you can buy weight gain powder mixes that can be 600-900 calories a serving (mixing it with milk).

I know of a guy who was so desperate to get into the Navy in WWII that he did nothing but eat bananas for two weeks before the weigh in. He also put fishing weights in his pockets-he barely madeit

14. Go for grains and carbs. LOTS of them. Some fats too.
Lots of cereals, lots of empty carbs and some fats (but not too many-we don't want you getting full too soon!)

A GRAVY BOWL from KFC!!! Those have mashed spuds, deep fried breaded meat (wow--fat AND carbs!), gravy (more fat and carbs!), cheese (just fat) and now a biscuit on the side!

Yeah, I'd suggest several trips to KFC if you want to pack it on--and be sure to drive there rather than walk--ok?
