I'm not gonna look.
Just put the card in, pump the gas, hit the 'No Receipt' button and read it and weep at the end of the month.

At least it'll be on Discover with 1% cash back.

1. Sounds like a good idea trof!
We're driving from Virginia to Niagara Falls via Michigan this summer then back through Michigan and down to Florida and back to Virginia. I don't know if I even want to look at the mileage!

3. Oh. Shit.
It might be cheaper to fly.
But then we couldn't bring the bike we got for Jack and the antique family rocking chair that goes to the first-born girl in each generation.

Oh, and all the Spiderman shit for Jack's birthday.
You wouldn't believe.

Spiderman has now surpassed Buzz Lightyear in Jack's pantheon of really cool super-heros.

I swear he would wear a goddam dress if it had Spiderman on it.
The 'miracle' of Modern Marketing to kids.
:grr:

5. We'll be looking at 4 bucks a gallon by the end of summer.
It's already averaging about $3.50 -$3.65 depending on the flavor. Good thing the grandchildren don't live in California!
