She saw that show, Nanny 911 and evidently thought it was a commercial for a baby sitting service. KO played the 911 tape. Woman was a frigging idiot and very vexed that the 911 operator was not gonna send a baby sitter so she could go out with her friends. She just didn't get it.

It is terrifying how totally clueless so many people are. They think the world will just do what ever their wee little brains can yearn for.
