fondly sometimes not, the gift of the mushroom to my life...

it certainly helped me in some way to reach some objectivity about where i was in my life and to make some decisions that changed my life forever for the better.

amazingly it helped me see the problem i had with alcohol and everything else that was falling apart.

it also scared the shit out of me when that realization hit me.

i have respect for the magic mushroom. i also stay away from it today for many reasons.

but the song is too cool, and the remembrance is almost reverent for me today.
