4. here... from my restaurant...

TWO 6 ounce hand pattied burgers, 4 slices of bacon, 2 slices of american cheese, 2 slices of pepperjack cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, onion, mayo, ketchup & spicy brown mustard on a toasted bun...

I'm actually just starting to run hotdogs this weekend. I've had people asking about them lately, so I'll give it a try and see how it goes.

You should see my hungry man's breakfast platter:
3 eggs, any style
2 pieces of bacon
1 sausage patty
1 slice of country ham
1 biscuit with sausage gravy
hash browns & your choice of 1 pancake or french toast (my pancakes are the size of a pizza!)

or my Country Star Omlete:
2 slices of bacon (chopped up)
1 sausage patty (chopped up)
2 oz. diced ham
chopped onions
chopped green peppers
diced tomatoes
mushrooms
shredded cheddar
All wrapped up in 3 eggs
Comes with choice of hashbrowns or grits, & choice of white, wheat, rye or cinnamon raisin toast

You don't leave my place hungry....

If I lived closer, I'd be at your place when you opened in the morning. Unfortunately, I think I'm going to be relegated to coffee and oatmeal tomorrow morning before my wife whips my ass on a long bike ride.

I've made some kickass Spam chili, and some delicious Spam lasagna. (both of which were on a dare)
