English subtitles only available. It's a very interesting classical samurai/ronin type of tale. The hero is a blind samurai-turned-massage therapist (I kid you not). Lots of interesting characters in it, including a kid who wants to grow up to be a samurai, so all he does all day is run around the town with a spear in his hands, yelling at the top of his voice.

It's funny, it's serious, and it's got some incredible swordplay moments. It doesn't hide the blood, but as it's an adult tale there's really no need to.

Oh, and at the end there's a fantastic Japanese tap dance ensemble piece. Well worth watching just for that!
