~snip~ "I drove into the Staples shopping center parking lot today with my seventh-grade son, and we saw a naked man in the parking lot, taking pictures of himself," wrote Alan Darling. "He then wandered around the parking lot, naked and entered the Peebles and the Dollar Store in the shopping center (the Dollar Store told him to leave)."

The man eventually drove away, but not before Darling had a chance to write down the number on his Connecticut plates on his car. The police eventually caught up with the man and talked with him.

However, the man broke no laws, and police could not make an arrest. ~snip~

A proposed ordinance last year that would have banned public nudity was defeated.
