My grandfather just passed away.

I just got off the phone with my dad (it was his father)..I called to see if he won any money on the horse race and he told me. I guess they were going to wait until I got home from work but since I don't get home until after midnight, he just told me now.

He had a heart attack and they couldn't revive him. He's been sick off and on lately with all these different types of infections so I am sure that's what led to the attack. He was 87. He lived a good, long life.

My grandmother passed a few years ago and ever since she died, he kind of willed himself to die too. How sad. :cry:

I lost my grandmother in 2005, and that was extremely hard, she was almost 94. My grandfather died in 1994. Now they are both gone. I think about them alot, they are never out of my mind.
