I almost hit a tiny little rabbit on the way to graduation rehearsal
last night. I woke up thinking about how cute and adorable they are and how I can never seem to get a really good picture of them when they come up in my yard, rare as those chances are. That gave me the idea to start a rabbit picture thread. Does anyone have any good rabbit pictures or stories they would like to share?

7. There are plenty of wild bunnies
living in my city.

There's a number of them where I live, and I passed one at the place I'm housesitting tonight when I went out for a walk.

For your enjoyment:

I got this comic as an Easter gift, interestingly enough: ;)

10. Easter Bunny gets a rude awakening...

That was a good one. I loved the baby bunnies too. Their "awwww" factor is very high. I love baby critters, don't you?

13. With the exception of baby bugs,
I agree, all the little ones are adorable. :)

I wonder what tv station this one's trying to get:

:D

I have a big soft spot for rabbits and rodents. :loveya:

14. I have a big soft spot for them too.
I'll never forget how cold it was that early spring night when I stood outside trying to keep a cat away from the giant bird house I had hung up outside. There was a certain squirrel that I had fed for years who had decided to put her babies in that bird house. I stood there with the garden hose and kept spraying the cat away while the momma moved her babies to higher and safer ground. It paid off too. A few weeks later both her babies that she moved that night came back to eat with her. One of them was white. I got video of it. It was especially beautiful. Don't get me wrong. I love cats too, but I didn't want one to eat the babies of another critter I had fed pecans, sunflower seeds, and walnuts to for years. I guess it boiled down to a friendship thing with Cyclops. That was the squirrel momma's name.

11. Awww, is that mascara on the bunny?
I love those eyes. How could anything that lovable looking be dangerous? :hi:

12. Nope, he just looked like that.
He had a habit of getting up on the kitchen counter and jumping onto people's chests while they were sleeping on my sofa- almost caused a few heart attacks.

He also did very very bad things to the cat.
