So, how exactly does one "naturally bake" something?

Mrs R bought some Utz potato chips for the Little Guy today. On the bag, there's a claim that they're "naturally baked."

As opposed to being unnaturally baked, I suppose? And what is "natural baking?" Do they put them outside and let them bake in the sunlight? I'd think that would take an awfully long time, and the chips would get stale.
