2. Broiled swordfish;

3. Lobstah/seafood Newburg;

4. My homemade manicotti;

5. The pizza at Ernie's in Plymouth, MA

Of course, 2, 3 and 5 I haven't had in a while, nor would I choose to. Damn, they were good though.
