5. My sister memorized that book and drove us UP the wall repeating it at any mention of a key word.
Thus, I know most of the book even though I never "read" it myself. I'm no SamIAm.

12. Easy enough to do all three in rapid-fire sequence
as long as the train is the City of New Orleans (or Crescent or Sunset Limited). Once in the city, obviously, the "feel no pain" part will take care of itself, and you normally won't have to wait more than a week or so for some rain to dance in.

because that means I'm going somewhere.

Dancing in the rain doesn't appeal to me.

and feeling pain is essential to long term survival.
