my future sister in law asked me to do a reading during the ceremony (which I think is a little pushy since I'm already wearing an ugly friggin bridesmaids dress). When I read at my dads wedding it was "The Owl and the Pussycat", but I don't think my new in-laws would appreciate whimsy or the verse:
