ROFL. The nurse did a double-take when she looked down and
read the scale readout at the specialist's office. She couldn't begin to fathom I weigh 204 pounds. (most people with a 33" waist aren't so fat... I just wear it well. FWIW. It was 206 on the previous visit and I've bothered to do some exercise, Lord knows why... so I probably lost a pound somewhere...)

There are preliminary signs of age-induced illness, but with this medication taken weekly with huge doses of vitamins B6, B12, and A they can probably keep most things in check and the risk of hair loss is minimal.

1. Are you tall?
I could see 33W and 204 if you're tall....

3. 70 inches tall. (5 feet, 10 inches.)
I really am porky.

And if there was a future I'd have started doing something about it by now.

Actually I have, aka the exercising, so I must be optimistic for some reason.

And dude, You're not fat. Stop saying it. You're carrying a little extra weight...A LITTLE. And you're trying to do something about it. I swear to God, if someone is giving you a complex, I'm going to beat them up.

4. The last time I had a 33" waist, I was about 185lbs.
The only one giving me a complex is my mind. Based on years' worth of other people already having done so, I rather got used to it.

And I will get it off. Eh, the weight... I just need to stop thinking about the world for a while.

5. I need to get motivated myself...
I'd really love to lose this weight. It's just so hard to get to the gym when you're starving as you get off work.
