I spoke to the unemployment office. Because of this allegation, even if it's proven false, I might not be able to obtain employment in this field ever again.

But now I qualify for the state to pay for training for a new field.

but I'd thought about going into nursing. Now, even if this is cleared up, the allegation will always be on file and some will not hire for that reason.

It has to be a completely different field. Saddest part is that I enjoyed this line of work. Few would chose to do this for a living and now they have one less employee.

Right now the plans for nursing school are up in the air because of these allegations. I plan on having them proven false and when that happens I plan on the lawsuit.

You're a nurse. You know that allegations of abuse will tarnish your record forever, even when proven false.
