Ditto for the Holopaw CD

just ordered a cd by this band Frog Holler, cant wait on it.

Alice in Chains - any and all
STP, Black Label, Pearl Jam, Black Sabbath
catching the theme? He is a musicians institute graduate (guitar) so he likes the heavy guitar music.

Our kids are into straight up FUNK. They love James Brown. Get up, get on up, get up get on up. That is what song we start with in the morning. They also like Average White Band, Tower of Power and Brand New Heavy's. (They are 7,6,5,and 3 and love to dance)

I'm real into The New Pornographers. Their latest record, Electric Version, might be the best pop album I've ever heard.

The Modern Lovers have also managed to slip back into my cd rotation.

Also, another good Canadian band, The Weakerthans!
