Can "fuck you" be a term of endearment?

Today I walked up to Mr. Writer. "Fuck you, honey chunks," I said. I then left his study, catching his confused glare in the corner of my eye.

What do you think? Can "fuck you" become a pleasant greeting? A word of affection? A love pat? :loveya:

Usually delivered after someone plays a burning solo.
