Remember that poor cat I told you about?
Here are the pics as promised (Thanks to Don G for helping me remember I promised to post em)

If you don't remember this poor thing was homeless and in a bad cold snap had her ear fall off, and her tail frozen so solid it had to be amputated. She is very shy, but very sweet.

4. Nope
But hopefully having her story and pic in the paper will find her a well deserved good home.

10. Is that a Russian blue?
If so, once she gets comfortable with the place, she'll be completely psycho.

11. Beautiful Cat!
I didn't see the original post - did you rescue her? Whoever did is a wonderful person.

Post where she is and how to contact - maybe a DUer will know of a home for her.

12. She's adorable!
Why don't you adopt her? You need a cat, HEyHEY.

13. Durn You
You would have to remind mine was a rescue too and discovered when the air temp was -20 that night and abandon by a neighbor.

On the other hand, I discovered why she was fat and hairy and wanted to hide under the living room couch: she was a good Mom and the Vet found good homes for all of her kittens.

Since then, I haven't screwed up enough to have her run more than 20 feet away from me in an 872 Acre park without a leash.

It's a very good story, but I didn't have to remind you of it; you discovered it on your own and made it personal beween your audience, the cat and your skill in relating the story.

Please don't give me credit for taking the responsibility for a pet: I'm an old guy with Grey hair and a teen-age friend in Florida took the duties associated with a Ferret with a broken back.
