Can somebody here please make my headache go away? |
|
I've had this damned headache since about 4:00 this afternoon, after a smackdown I had with an asshat who works for my car loan company. Yeah, I'm behind. Yeah, I'm responsible for my debt. But the damned fucker I talked to today didn't want to accept the amount of money I COULD pay today. He was unreasonable, and absolutely pig-headed about it.
After I calmed down, I called the place back again, got a different person, who DID accept what I could offer today, and was extremely nice. Oh, and btw, I talked to a different person a couple of days ago at the company who said I COULD pay a partial payment now, and the rest when I get paid at the beginning of the month.
Anyway, I've had a "sick headache" since then, and nothing seems to help. x(

take a nice deep cleansing breath...
then focus on your feet... feel the warmth filling your feet, and then your hands, and feel the warmth flowing up your legs and arms.
Then notice how your body is slowly relaxing and your muscles are becoming heavier and looser.
Now picture your headache, what does it look like? shape, form, texture, temperature.
Now see yourself taking the headache out and putting it in a sailboat, and pushing the boat off the dock.
see your headache leave you now.

2. Hey, your post reminds me of the relaxation techniques I used |
|
when I worked in a drug rehab facility, to help the patients relax before going to sleep. Thanks, bro!

imagine you are on a peaceful solitary beach.
each wave coming up is the warmth you feel, then it fades
every muscle is relaxed as the wave returns..
get relaxed like you can breathe under water then either you'll be asleep or you can grab your headache and put it in your pocket

6. Probably the best cure will be a good night's sleep. |

I tell you, I have not been as angry as I was today in a very long time. And I hate getting that angry.

15. Cold and/or hot compresses. |
|
I will ask that your headache be stopped by...er...other things, but that's the only practical step I could come up with.

My advice is to get angry without tensing up :)

that an event of default is an event of default where payments are concerned.
partial payments can make YOU feel better, but from a legal standpoint, failure to pay the full amount can mean default.
different companies have different rules, and it sounds like you found someone there who can be flexible, but watch your butt with these sharks.
i hope your head feels better today.
