Does anybody else have Comcast blindfast internet that freezes

all the time? Between 2am and 5am I get dumped like dialup. Also happens in the middle of the day. WTF am I paying for? I keep it for my son who's long time girlfriend lives in England. I'm thinking they need to do phones and I'm dumping comcast. He almost died last summer, but he lived. She was hospitalized for a nervous breakdown because she was so afraid of what was happening to him and his Dad and I kept forgetting to contact her. I'll be ashamed of this for the rest of my life. They have been friends for 7 years and romantic for about 3. I keep it for them but I'm out. Blinding fast means getting dumped at 4am. I bought him a ticket to England. He leaves june 29. Those 2 will figure it out. I'm going back to dialup.
