-people who put shitty mp3s on their websites that play really loud when you go to their page

-the guy who recorded "virus database has been updated" that blurts out at 3 am on my goddamn antivirus program

-advertisers, entire marketing departments, and anyone associated with HR

-the moron(s) who decided it was a good idea to use recordings rather than conductors to announce station stops

-the moron(s) who decided it was a good idea to scrap A/B skip stops

-condominium developers
