Anna's outfit is not that good, and certainly does not show off her legs, but the smile is warm and the braid looks awesome. I thought 'definitely Maria' before seeing the two pictures.

She was a knockout at age 15 or earlier. No one cared about her tennis other than wins provided another round to gawk and drool. Contrast that to Maria, who didn't really become a big deal until she won Wimbledon in '04.

Based on those pictures I would select Maria. But here's the obvious and proper reference point; if Maria's career had mirrored Anna's, this question wouldn't even be asked. There are many attractive women on the women's circuit now but only Maria has reached top level on the court. If you sample major tennis discussion sites, Maria almost always loses the polls regarding who is the hottest current female player, even with Anna out of the picture.
