6 Topics I Never Want To Hear About Again From A Reporter |
|
I never want to hear about the following EVER again:
1 - a candidate's hair
2 - a candidate's wife/husband (it always turns negative at some point)
3 - a candidate's skin coloring/unhealthy appearance (They're on the road for days on end. NO ONE is going to look good after a point.)
4 - a candidate's underwear
5 - a candidate's shirts/sweaters/sleeves
and finally #6
6 - what a candidate is eating

drunken loser brother or cousin
A candidate's cute little child
A candidate's playboy/partygirl/ or out-of-the-closet child
A candidate's bigoted and/or criminal, father and/or grandfather, and/or public spirited US Senator/Congressman father and/or grandfather.
None of the above have any relevance to the candidate himself. How would these journalists, and you the voter, like to be judged by some of your relatives. None tell us about his positions or his character or his competence.
A candidate's dog (I'd listen to one with a cat, just because it's so different, better yet one with a pet alligator)
A candidate's rise from poverty to attain the heights of power because of his love of the "people", "America" or public service, blah, blah, blah
