Pilot friend of mine referred to the "Flying Nazi's" Anyone know what he meant? |
|
He's an AA Pilot. Claims there are Pilots who post on blogs who "some of their fellow pilots" call: "Flying Nazi's." My friend is a Fundie Conservative "with a heart" (if you can believe) but he's more "Populist on Social Issues" than his Fundie Roots. He's a good guy...and we get in heated debates...but I wondered if DU Pilots know what "Flying Nazi's" mean. Is it airline pilot talk and is it some kind of AA Speak?

But I work with airline pilots, and they do tend to be a bit conservative, especially the former-military crowd -- or, at least, they WERE. With all the union-busting and the Iraq debacle, I've heard quite a lot of them rant about how bad Bush sucks. I don't know any flying Nazis at all...
