How's your grocery on putting up prices? |
|
I was out grocery shopping today and really got frustrated by items without prices. They're supposed to put the prices on the shelves, but the end caps were loaded up with stuff marked "weekly special" with no prices, I picked up prepackaged cheese and couldn't find a price anywhere, and the strawberries were marked only with the special price you get by using their loyalty card--no regular price. This kind of thing goes on all the time and they're one of the better stores on town.

1. I try to find those little gizmos that looks up the price... |

If I don't find it, I won't buy anything without the price.
I dislike it more when store clerks forget to remove expired sale signs. They are supposed to sell the product at that price if it's marked incorrectly; the dates in microprint aren't really a proper workaround, but somehow that's allowed.
Sales are silly in the first place. Games are for children; just give us the price upfront.
